Quality Engineer is responsible for the Quality Management System at the Reflexite Energy Solutions Americas (RESA)
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the Quality Management System at RESA; including development, improvement and overseeing the overall quality system. Develop, oversee, and continually improve vendor certification process. Drive ISO certification and compliance; including overseeing internal audit functions (process, auditor selection and training, etc) Educate RESA on Quality & Continuous Improvement. Assist in employee development involving continuous improvement activities. Understand customer quality qualifications and institute necessary changes within organization to achieve customer qualifications Lead variance reduction activities.
